There is a great steak restaurant about 20-minute away from my house. It is called Kurayoshi. I have mentioned about it before, and last week I went there again with my family ( without my sister who is now in New Zealand ) plus Louana :) Here is a very short video of it;

I don't think I hold them right even though I can use them (>_<)
I had a lot of practice when I was a kid :). But apparently I do it slightly different from the official Japanese way, but it still works for me!
